3-5 rib steaks
4-6 T-bone steaks
3-4 top sirloin steaks
1-3 Fillet Mignon steaks
6-8 cube steaks
3-4 chuck roasts (bone-in)
1 rump roast (bone-in)
1 London Broil (boneless)
3-4 sirloin tip steaks
3-4 pkgs stew cubes
$3.50/lb hanging weight. Custom cut/wrap. Butcher fees not included. Contact farm regarding availability
2-3 pkgs kebab cubes
1-2 pkgs short ribs
2 pkgs meaty soup bones
3-4 pkgs bone-broth bones
May also include (but not guaranteed):
hanger steak, skirt steak, flank steak, brisket, tri-tip roast, flat iron, liver, heart, tongue.
Total: 125-150 lbs $6.25/lb (freezer weight - includes butcher fees)
All roasts cut to about 3 pounds. Steaks 1" thick. Ground in 1.5 lb. packages.

Our beef cows are raised on pasture, grass hay and 100% non-gmo alfalfa. They are born on our farm, raised by their own mothers, given names, and treated with the utmost care and respect at all times. We love our animals! Our beef is always hormone/antibiotic-free.
