Cable Creek FArm
Feb 2017 - Now that we can see grass again we're getting spring fever! Creamery construction is about to begin (yay!) and we're busy electrifying more paddocks for pigs.
If you're a farmer, or want to raise your own pork this year, we're also taking reservations for spring piglets. Ten pregnant sows means we're about to have lots of curly tails!

Cable Creek is a historic farm nestled in the mountains of beautiful North Idaho. Conveniently located between Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington, Cable Creek Farm specializes in raw cow's milk, farmstead cheeses and whey-fed pork. All of our animals are fed 100% non-gmo, locally grown foods, and our farmer's market soaps are made primarily from local ingredients.
I met Beth at the Kootenai County Farmer's Market, sampled her amazing milk and cheeses and was hooked.
There is such a huge difference in the quality of farm fresh raw milk than from what is available at the grocery store. The raw milk is so delicious, sweet and creamy, it's my favorite coffee creamer! As a bonus, when we purchase milk from Cable Creek, my conscience feels great knowing who I'm supporting and what I'm feeding my children. Love this farm!!!
